il giusto equilibrio tra un microclima favorevole
ed un terreno calcareo. Dopo una meticolosa fermentazione
a temperatura controllata si ottiene un vino di
colore rosso rubino, con un profumo intenso e caratteristico

The hills of San Damiano are the perfect place
for the growing of this kind of grape thanks to
the favourable microclimate and the calcareous ground.
After a scrupulous fermentation at a controlled
temperature, a ruby-red wine is the final result.
Strong and distinctive smell which in some way reminds
the smell of violet. Tannic taste. |
